- Fixed-term rental: You can rent the space for as long as you need (6 months, 9 months, 1 year), without being tied to longer fixed terms.*

What requirements do I need to meet to rent?
The requirements are simple and designed to streamline the process:

Yes. We have spaces designed and planned to meet the requirements of the Department of Food Safety of the Maldonado Municipality.

- Requirements included in the design: Separation by category, washable floors, adequate ventilation, drainage, pest control (planned), and hygiene conditions required by regulations.*
- Enablement Management: The client is responsible for obtaining the food safety permit from the local government, but the space is physically prepared to meet the standards. We can advise you on the process.*
- Enabled products: Dry goods, packaged beverages, raw materials, food service supplies, among others.*

Is there electricity, water, and internet service?
Yes. All spaces in the Logistics Center have connections to essential services:
- Electric light: UTE supply. Each unit has an individual meter, so consumption is the responsibility of the customer (not included in the base rent).*
- Drinking water: OSE water supply. Also available with individual meter per unit.*
- Internet: High-speed internet access is available via fiber optic cable (providers such as Antel, Claro, or private providers depending on the area). The customer contracts the service directly.*
- Preparation for special loads: For customers requiring higher electrical power (cold storage, industrial machinery, etc.), we can manage the increase in supply after a feasibility study.*
Electricity and water meters are installed in the customer's name, or failing that, a billing system based on consumption is agreed upon according to a contractual agreement.
Does the property have access for large trucks?
Yes. The Logistics Center has been designed with the operation of large vehicles in mind.
- Location on Route 39: Direct access from the highway, without needing to go through urban or narrow areas.*
- Specially sized main entrance: Wide gates (minimum 8 meters) for the smooth entry and exit of trucks up to 12 meters long (and larger configurations upon prior arrangement).*
- Wide internal streets: Designed for trucks to cross and turn without complicated maneuvers.*
- Specific maneuvering areas: spaces designated for turns, temporary parking and waiting.*
There are no access restrictions for large trucks within the premises, except for the internal safety and traffic regulations that will be indicated at the time of the operation.
